Shipping and Handling

Most domestic deliveries are via FedEx Ground or other ground service carrier. The total delivery time for your order is based on the processing time and shipment method selected (Ground or Express).

Express shipping services are not available for P.O. Boxes, FPO and APO addresses.

A signature is not required for residential deliveries; however, all commercial deliveries require a signature.

Shipping charges shown are per ship address and reflect the number of business days for delivery from date of purchase.

Free Shipping and Handling offers are valid on the shipping method stated in the promotion only.

International Orders

Unfortunately, this site cannot accept orders from outside Canada at this time.  For US customers please visit www.trusens.com. 

Military Deliveries

Shipping is available for orders placed to APO or FPO military addresses. 

Pricing & Fees

We are happy to offer a selection of shipping and handling options, utilizing our partner FedEx. Our shipping rates start at $6.50 for delivery in Canada, however the exact rate may be higher, depending on what you order, where you are located and the shipping method you select.

Express shipping is available for an additional fee.

Province and Local Taxes

TruSens charges sales tax based on the order’s destination, in accordance with provincial and federal tax laws. TruSens has a business presence in each of the provinces or territories we ship to and is therefore required to charge sales tax based on the tax laws of that province or territory.
