Return Policy

At TruSens we believe that customer service is paramount. We are confident that you will love your TruSens product. If you don’t love your new TruSens purifier, just return it within 30 days, risk free. We’ll make sure the process is easy. 

Replacement accessories such as UV bulbs and filters, if opened or damaged, are not entitled to a refund or exchange. 

TruSens Direct Returns Policy

If you wish to return any product purchased from, please contact our toll-free Customer Support at 1-833-TRUSENS (1-833-878-7367) M-F 8AM to 5PM CST prior to returning your merchandise. 

To receive a full refund for an item purchased, please follow these three steps: 

  1. Call Customer Support to initiate your return and to identify the correct return shipping address and method. 
  2. Carefully package the eligible item(s) to be returned, preferably in the original packaging.  Please include original invoice or bill.
  3. Send your eligible return item(s) to TruSens within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. Shipping charges will need to be paid by the customer for any non-warranty related return. Unauthorized or COD returns will not be accepted.

Please allow 4-8 weeks for return processing. Eligible products returned to TruSens will receive a full refund.
